SELECTION COLORS - for Adobe Illustrator
  by ipassas design (ipassas.com)
=====================================================

What is this?
-------------
A panel for Adobe Illustrator that works like Figma's
"Selection colors".

Select anything on your artboard and the panel shows
every color used in it. Click a color to change it
everywhere at once.

Works with Illustrator 2020 or newer.

HOW TO INSTALL (takes about 2 minutes)
---------------------------------------

Step 1 - Get the free installer app
Go to this website and download "ZXP Installer"
(it's free, for Mac and Windows):

   https://aescripts.com/learn/zxp-installer/

Step 2 - Open the installer app you just downloaded.

Step 3 - Drag the file "SelectionColors.zxp" from this
   folder into the installer window.
Wait for it to say the install worked.

Step 4 - Close Illustrator completely and open it again.

Step 5 - In Illustrator, click the menu:

Window > Extensions > Selection Colors

(On some versions it says "Extensions (legacy)")

Done! Drag the panel to your sidebar so it's
always there.

HOW TO USE
----------
1. Select any objects on your artboard.
2. The panel shows all their colors automatically.
3. Click a color square to pick a new color,
or type a hex code (like FF6915) and press Enter.
4. The color changes everywhere it's used - fills,
strokes, gradients and text. Just like Figma!
5. The % box changes the opacity of everything
   using that color.

PROBLEMS?
---------
- Panel not in the menu? Make sure Illustrator was
fully closed and reopened after installing.
- Still nothing? Check you have Illustrator 2020
  or newer.
